At the end of 24 months, if you have stopped smoking for at least 12 continuous months, then your premiums will continue for the life of the policy as non smoker. To qualify for the continued rate reduction, you simply need to fill out a tobacco usage questionnaire and submit a urine sample. If it found you are smoke free in last 12 months then your rate continues as non smoker else it is changed to smoker rate.
