An Untimely dental medical expense could cost you alot more and it would seem very heavy to carry on the expense associated with it, there fore the need for a Perscription Dental Plan arises , which will offer you a sane amount of decent coverage.
Prescription Drug Enhanced
If you purchased the Prescription Drug Enhanced option, GMS will provide payment for the following benefits within your province of residence.
Payment to an overall maximum of $5,000 per person per policy, subject to the following conditions:
a. payment for newly described drugs listed in your provincial formulary when purchased in you province of residence.
b. payment for oral contraceptives listed in your provincial formulary when purchased in you province of residence.
c. payment upto $500 per person per policy year for prescripton medication:
1. pre-existing medical condition at the time of application.
2. special status drugs and all medications that legally require a prescription by law.
Claims will be adjudicated based on the province of residence formulary.For provinces that do not have a provincial formulary,claims will be adjudicated using the province of Saskatchewan formulary.
This benefit excludes prescription medication for any pre-existing medical conditions at the time of application except as outlined.

Also available Basic plan at lower premium which covers up to $3,500 per person per year.
