1. In case of a terminal illness (with a condition of 12 months or less to live):

• You receive a Living Benefit of 25% of your life insurance amount, up to the $37,500 amount.
• If the Living Benefit amount has been paid, the remaining 75% of the life insurance amount will be paid on death. If both the Living Benefit and critical illness amounts have been paid, the remaining 25% of the life insurance amount will be paid on death.

2. In case of a death, your said so beneficiary will be receiving 100% of your life insurance amount given that neither Living Benefit nor critical illness amounts has been paid.

3.In case of a critical illness (must be one of five covered conditions: cancer, heart attack, stroke, coronary artery bypass surgery or aortic surgery):

• You will receive 100% of your critical illness amount (50% of the life insurance amount), up to $75,000.
• If the critical illness amount has been paid, the remaining half of the life insurance amount will be paid on death. If both the critical illness and Living Benefit (see #2 below) amounts have been paid, the remaining 25% of the life insurance amount will be paid on death.
